Hi I picked up one of your flyer's and was very interested in asking a few questions. I once tried to work with a trainer here locally in bluefield but ...i think ..well I felt that I was not the type of person he wanted to work with, I know that he did alot of beauty pageant things and things to that nature. I just need help...I would like to talk with someone there about what I need and want to accomplish but I just dont want to go in to the specifics on open topic...I would love to hear from some one!

Just remember that all trainers are very different. A good trainer always ask their clients what their goals are and help them work toward that goal with bi-weekly reports and progress as a team.
You can always call the studio or set up a time and come by. We can help you reach your goals. Just remember that we guarantee changes in three months.
There are three things that makes changes. Good daily nutrition, cardio and weight training at least three times a week.

The New Year has started and how many of you have decided to start your Weight Lost Program. If so i what you to do 3 things for me this week. 1. Only thing you are allowed to drink for 45 days is (water,coffee, tea, skim milk and v-8 juice low salt for the next 45 days). 2. So something every days for 45 days for 20 minutes. Anything physical that gets the heart rate up. 3. Lets find a Jump rope and try it for three days a week. 5-10 minutes is all i need from you.
